  2. I really like your cushions that you are making and would love you to make a pattern. For your prairie socks I suggest the Whisp yarn but all your choices are lovely. I missed your bag update again......one day! I do hope you have a lovely holiday with your family. Mabel is such a beautiful looking dog and such a lovely temperament! I'm lilymaya on Ravelry and I'm in your group there! 💓

  5. Hi Jooles, my question is ... who taught you to knit? Did you learn how to do the whirlwind toe just by reading instructions? I am looking at YouTube how-to's and I do not see one. I learned the basic knit and purl stitches in 8th grade and probably should take some knitting classes to help with mistakes, and one on one instructions in knitting socks. Thanks!

    1. Hi x I learnt as a child, I think my mum must have taught me the basics, I then didn't knit for years until a couple of years ago I think. I've used YouTube videos to teach myself, I wrote a blog post with some links to the YouTube videos that got me started on socks, here's link .....

  6. Lovely photos from your walk - does look like Spring is in the air! It was beautiful here over the weekend, sun shining really brightly and warm. So unusual for Michigan - we'll be back snowing by the weekend!

    Thanks for another lovely podcast.
